Three Bears Porridge

Now that it's getting chilly in the mornings, it's nice to sit down to a steaming bowl of porridge for breakfast.

This makes enough for one mama bear, one grade school bear, and one baby bear.

Three Bears Porridge
3/4 cup rolled oats (not instant)
1 1/4 cups milk
small hand full sultanas
2 tsp sugar
pinch cinnamon
pinch salt

Combine all ingredients in a heavy bottom pan and simmer over low heat, stirring frequently, until thick and creamy and porridge-like.
Top with cream and brown sugar or whatever else takes your fancy.
